In terms of Section 11 of the Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), Seriti Green Energy (Pty) Ltd hereby notifies all electricity users in the Mpumalanga Province, that an application has been lodged with the National Energy Regulator (NERSA) for a licence to trade in electricity.
Subject to the approval by the Energy Regulator, the trading activity will consist of the purchase of energy from a generator situated in the Mpumalanga, transmission/distribution of this energy via the Eskom network to a customer that is based in the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality.
