The Iziduli Emoyeni is a 84MW (contracted capacity) wind energy facility located near the small town of Bedford in the Nxuba Local Municipality within the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa.
The project is adjacent to the operational 134MW Amakhala Emoyeni project and the 140MW Msenge Emoyeni wind energy facility. The name originates from the Xhosa word ‘iziduli’, meaning ant hill and ‘emoyeni’, meaning ‘in the wind’.
