TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
This competition is run by Seriti Green ("the Promoter"), a company incorporated in South Africa.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to South African residents only, aged 18 years or older.
- Entry is free of charge; however, standard internet data or SMS rates may apply.
3. Competition Period
- The competition starts on 5 May 2025 at 08:00 am and ends on 31 July 2025 at 18:00 pm.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must take a picture of the Seriti Green wind turbine blades on the road as they are moved between Richards Bay and Bethal. Participants must load their picture onto the website with their personal details. Participants must also share the image to their Instagram or X social media accounts and tag @SeritiGreen and use the #JETinAction hashtag to be considered.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- Entries must comply with the instructions in the post or webpage to be considered valid.
5. Prize(s)
- The winner(s) will receive a R500 cash voucher.
- The prize is not transferable.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value should the original prize become unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winner(s) will be selected based on the accuracy and merit of their submissions.
- The winner will be notified via direct message and/or phone call.
- If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
- By entering, participants agree that, if they win, the Promoter may use their name and/or image for marketing purposes without further compensation, in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Personal Information
- Personal data collected through this competition will be used solely for administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
9. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures or errors that may affect participation.
- By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
